DESCRIPTION:Reservations\nA custom booking link will be used for all individual reservations:\nBull Terrier Club of America – Start your reservation \nThe reservation cutoff date is Monday\, September 28\, 2026. \nGuests may also reserve by calling 866‑888‑0620. When calling\, please identify yourself as part of the group and provide the following: \nUse code BTC when CALLING the hotel to make a reservation.  \n\nGuest name\nHome or business address\nEmail address (if available)\nRoom type requested\nCheck-in and check-out dates\nAny special room requests (must be made at the time of booking)\n\nRequests received after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space‑available basis at the higher of the group rate or the prevailing hotel rate. \nReservation Guarantee\nAll reservations must be secured with a credit card or other accepted method of payment. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. No‑shows or late cancellations will be charged one night’s room and tax. \n  \nPet Policy\n\nA one‑time\, non‑refundable $75 pet fee applies per room and includes up to 4 dogs.\nA maximum of 6 dogs is permitted per room; an additional $25 per dog applies for the 5th and 6th dog.\nGuests must provide plastic sheeting under all crates.\nDogs must remain crated when unattended in the room.\nDog bathing is not permitted in guest rooms.\nDaily housekeeping access is required. Rooms left in unacceptable condition will be reported to the Show Chair and may incur additional charges.\n\n
