When calling, please identify yourself as part of the group and provide the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use code BTC when CALLING the hotel to make a reservation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guest name<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Home or business address<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email address (if available)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Room type requested<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-in and check-out dates<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any special room requests (must be made at the time of booking)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requests received after the cutoff date will be accepted on a <\/span><b>space\u2011available basis<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the higher of the group rate or the prevailing hotel rate.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Reservation Guarantee<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All reservations must be secured with a credit card or other accepted method of payment. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to <\/span><b>48 hours prior to arrival<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. No\u2011shows or late cancellations will be charged <\/span><b>one night\u2019s room and tax<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Pet Policy<\/b><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A one\u2011time, non\u2011refundable <\/span><b>$75 pet fee<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> applies per room and includes up to <\/span><b>4 dogs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A maximum of <\/span><b>6 dogs<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is permitted per room; an additional <\/span><b>$25 per dog<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> applies for the 5th and 6th dog.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests must provide <\/span><b>plastic sheeting under all crates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dogs must remain <\/span><b>crated when unattended<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the room.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dog bathing is not permitted<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in guest rooms.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daily housekeeping access is required.
