BTCA membership required for account approval
Your USER NAME and email need to match those listed on the most current BTCA membership list.
Your old sign in from the prior site will not work. Registration on this site is required for access.
NOTE: Please use first and last name for your user name (example – Jim Smith) If unsure please see the example on this page
This makes approval faster and easier for all of the involved parties.
Once you complete your initial registration, your request will be sent to the site administrator for approval. You will then receive an email with further instructions.

HOW TO LOG IN (once your account is approved)
- Go to our menu Club Info > Member log in/log out button or go to (MEMBER AREA LOGIN LINK)
- Once you successfully log in you should be directed to the club home page
- If directed to the dashboard page… In the upper left hand corner of the Dashboard page, select VISIT SITE
- You are now logged in and can access the BTCA MEMBERS AREA using the menu on the left hand side of the page
