Reservations
A custom booking link will be used for all individual reservations:

The reservation cutoff date is Monday, September 28, 2026.
Guests may also reserve by calling 866‑888‑0620. When calling, please identify yourself as part of the group and provide the following:

Use code BTC when CALLING the hotel to make a reservation. 
– Guest name
– Home or business address
– Email address (if available)
– Room type requested
– Check-in and check-out dates
– Any special room requests (must be made at the time of booking)

Requests received after the cutoff date will be accepted on a space‑available basis at the higher of the group rate or the prevailing hotel rate.


Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be secured with a credit card or other accepted method of payment. Guaranteed reservations may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival. No‑shows or late cancellations will be charged one night’s room and tax.
